The Helplines Association(THA)

THA is the membership and good practice organisation for email, SMS, internet and telephone-based helplines. Outline is a member of THA. Find out more here


Woking Association of Voluntary Service (WAVS)

WAVS supports, develops and promotes voluntary activity in Woking. Outline is an affiliate member of WAVS. WAVS gives a large amount of support to Outline.


NHS Surrey

Commissions health services in Surrey. Outline works in consultation with NHS Surrey with regards to our policies and procedures.


Surrey Police

The police force covering the Surrey area. Outline works in consultation with the Police on a number of areas including hate crime and third party reporting.


Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)

Outline has a representative on the CPS Community Involvement Panel (CIP) South East. The purpose of the CIP South East is to work with the CPS to raise understanding and improve confidence in the CPS amongst the diverse communities of interest and the voluntary, community and faith sectors in the South East Region. We meet quarterly and input to the CPS operational Business plan, as well as addressing and providing input to the Diversity and Equality agenda with the CPS.
