If you are sexually active we recomend that you get yourself tested for STD's annually or on change of sexual partner.
If you think you have a sexually transmitted disease and do not feel as though you can go to your GP, there are many genito urinary medicine (GUM) clinics locally where you can be anonymous. They will give you the support and help that you and your partner need.
These clinics offer a confidential service. If it is your first visit you will be asked to fill in a form with basic information about yourself. Information given here is not passed on to your GP unless you want it to be. You do not have to give your correct details if you do not wish, but remember what you did give.
Are you under the age of 25?
If you are from Surrey and under 25 you can gain acess to free condoms and lubricants from www.surreygetiton.com
Also, if you think you have Chlamydia you can request a free postal test kit from www.gocheckyourself.com
